Why do you call this a "last resort" service?
In rural areas like ours individual transport is expensive, that's just the reality of covering long distances, and we know most people will want to try other options first. We call ourselves "last resort" because when you're facing an essential trip and your usual transportation is not avilable we can be an option.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Davenport, WA and serve all of Lincoln County and surrounding areas. We also offer airport drop off or pickup at Spokane International Airport.
What are your business hours?
Our regular hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM. Service outside these hours is available at double rates starting at 6AM and ending at 10PM.
How do I pay? Do you accept cash or card?
After you book we will contact you to confirm your price and service details, then we will provide a link via text or email to pay and reserve your service. Our payment system accepts all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Bank payments (ACH). We do not accept cash.
Do you offer last-minute service?
While we require at least 2 hours advance notice for regular bookings, last-minute service may be available depending on driver availability and scheduling. Please call us directly at (509) 204-4311 to check availability and pricing.
How much luggage can I bring?
1-2 modest bags per passenger or several grocery bags (a moderate cart full).
How does Grocery Delivery work?
We can accommodate moderate grocery orders (a moderate cart full). Place your order for pickup at your preferred store and provide your order details in the notes when you schedule your pickup with us, or update us with the order details after you book.
What if I need to wait longer than the included time?
Round-trip passenger service includes 1 hour wait time. Grocery service includes 15 minutes wait time. Additional wait time is $20 per half hour, it may be possible to reschedule your return trip on round-trip service, reach out at (509) 204-4311 to discuss options.

Last Resort Transport is a service provided through Johnson Family Towing, a locally owned and operated Towing and Roadside Assistance company serving Lincoln County and surrounding areas.
